Dirk Schmücking

Dirk Schmuecking is a Partner at the London and Munich Office.

He focuses on Industrial Tech investments and enterprise software more generally. He has worked on Yttrium investments in eStoreMedia, In Mind Cloud, movingimage, NavVis, orderbird (acquired by Nexi), pricefx, riskmethods (acquired by Sphera) and TRUCE. Dirk currently serves on the board of movingimage, eStoreMedia and TRUCE.

Prior to Yttrium, Dirk spent 10 years at Investcorp in London and also worked at General Atlantic and Infineon Technologies. Dirk holds an MBA from INSEAD and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from TU Munich.

Outside of work, Dirk enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his wife and daughter.
