Tatiana Gushchina

Tatiana Gushchina is Head of Legal, Compliance Officer and Deputy Chief Risk Officer at the Munich office

Tatiana brings over 8 years of experience to her role as Head of Legal, Compliance Officer, and Deputy Chief Risk Officer at Yttrium. She specialises in corporate law, PE/VC and M&A, having honed her skills at law firms Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Raue. Tatiana holds a law degree from the Ludwig-Maximilian-University in Munich and successfully completed her legal clerkship and second state exam at the Munich Higher Regional Court.

In her current role, Tatiana oversees all legal and compliance matters of Yttrium as an alternative investment fund manager and its managed funds, including regulatory requirements, corporate governance, fund structuring and legal support by investments and divestments in portfolio companies. She also supports Yttrium’s CRO by providing legal expertise on risk management frameworks and processes, as well as valuation.

Outside of work, Tatiana enjoys spending time with her family. She is also passionate about jogging and travelling.
